Our products are recognised everywhere in Armenia and available in every corner of the country.

The supply chain function covers the business processes responsible for delivering products from plants to consumers, including production and import planning, procurement, manufacturing and engineering, supply chain services and sustainability.

We all are committed to providing consistently high-quality products to our consumers while minimising our impact on the environment across the value chain - from sourcing raw materials and manufacturing the end product to distributing it to our customers.

Production and import planning

Production planning is about making sure raw materials and ingredients are available for production, organising production with minimum losses and maximum use of our production line and implementing optimum product stock keeping. 

Import planning is about ensuring we have an  uninterrupted supply of the imported goods we need. 


Our procurement team supports the business by making sure that all purchases are made in the most cost efficient way, use high quality materials and are delivered within the planned time frame.

Supply chain services

In addition to bottling and quality control, we co-ordinate several other key areas, from production planning to delivering our products to consumers. Our warehouse, distribution and customer logistics teams work together to store, move and deliver the finished product across all Armenia, on time and in full.

Our cold drink operation makes sure consumers get  refreshing products wherever they are, ensuring the quality of our coolers and refreshing equipment at customer outlets.

The business solutions and systems department is responsible for the smooth operation of our overall supply chain system, deploying systems and solutions from global best practice.

Infrastructure optimisation

Our footprint challenges us to constantly optimise our operational infrastructure. We look to make it more cost-efficient and capable of embedding innovative technologies such as Root to Market, managing joint projects with customers and suppliers and optimising our delivery network.

Focus on quality

In our own business, we have developed a culture where quality is a core value across the entire organisation. We have re-stated our zero tolerance for failure to meet standards and deployed a maturity continuum measurement to enable us to move our quality and food safety-focused culture to the next level.

This approach extends to our suppliers, too. Coca‑Cola HBC requires tier 1 suppliers to gain certification to the following standards: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and OHSAS 18001 (health and safety). Ingredient and packaging suppliers must also achieve certification to selected Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) such as FSSC 22000.

We have stringent processes in place to minimise the occurrence of quality issues. However, when they do arise, we have robust processes and systems in place so we can deal with them quickly and efficiently, ensuring that our customers and consumers retain confident in our products.
